Pampers Cruisers exclusively and I stock up when they're on sale. BRU recently had the 120+ box for $29.99 and I purchased the max allowed. Sam's Club also frequently runs a $10 off promotion (regularly $45) for the big box.

I only use pampers and try to price match.

Last diaper purchase was 256 diapers for 43.76. (128x2 at 21.88 each; regularly 39.99$). Better deal than the biggest box at 192 diapers for 49.99$. :)

@littlek: This is true for us too.

DD has super sensitive skin. At 3 months, she started to react negatively to Huggies which was a bummer since we were gifted lots of Huggies diapers at my babyshower. Luckily I was able to return the unopened boxes at Target and Costco (gift receipts were included with the gifts). We had some pampers to try for DD and she agrees with pampers too. So we use both Honest (for overnights and travels) and pampers baby dry during the day.

I like to watch for the deals at Target. I bought 2 boxes at $34.99 each of size 3 pampers, got a $15 target gift card to use later when buying 2 boxes, used $2.50 off with pampers coupon, and also used my red card for some more instant savings. Honest diapers is just their standard pricing via their website. I order in batches every few months since I don't use their monthly service.

Price is definitely a huge factor for us. For the first 4 months or so, we used the diaper stash that I had built up while pregnant - mostly Huggies and Pampers that I had gotten for really great prices. Once that ran out we just couldn't justify spending so much more for brand name, so we use Target during the day and Huggies at night. It's saved us a ton; I usually pay anywhere from .12-.16 a diaper depending on sales.

We send the Target brand to daycare since he gets changed so much but use Pampers at home. I don't really know why so I might just move to getting all Target. I really liked the wetness indicator on Pampers when he was younger. We'll stick with Pampers overnights though. Those are worth it to me.

I use Target brand. Last time I bought them I got the bulk pack--138 diapers for $25.99, plus I had a 10% off Cartwheel coupon, plus the 5% off RedCard....so around $22?

And then I also get a box of Huggies Overnites for nighttime, and that's 50 diapers for $18.39 with S&S.

We buy diapers when they're on sale. For DS, we try to utilize all the diapers before sizing up. So daytime when diaper changes are more frequent, we'll use the diaper he's about to outgrow, while using the next size up for overnight diaper since we don't change that. We continue this until we run out of the "smaller" diaper.

@snowjewelz: We order diapers through Amazon S&S and the boxes are sized pretty accurately to be one month's worth of diapers. Like @MrsH: said, the sizes overlap, so it's not that big of a deal... when one size starts getting tight, I switch my order for the next month to the next size up. I have friends who way over-ordered at the beginning, though (mostly NB size) and gave them to me because DD was small-waisted and stayed in NB and size 1 *forever.*

My LO is almost 17 months old in Pampers swaddlers. We spend maybe $30 a month at most just buying 70 packs off the shelf at the grocery store, but our daycare provides diapers so we only use about 2 diapers a day during the week.

Not a mama here, I have a question. What do you do with extra diapers once your baby outgrew one size? Give 'em away? I always feel like there's big potential for waste there. Is it always buy bulk but not use up, or buy little by little and not save much?
