DH swims/works out 3-4 times/wk. and I take 1-2 classes a week. Plus at least one day on the weekend we take the kids to childcare so we can work out or we go swimming as a family. I would like to get there more during the week with the kids but I have some guilt about taking them to childcare while I work out.
