At 5:15 am (before LO wakes to feed) session I get about 7-8 oz. that's after 9 hours of not feeding or pumping. At home when I pump it is usually the same. I have not tried the golden hours of pumping overnight!! I have the tea and even though my LC told me it doesn't work, I always pump more 4-6 hours after drinking it. Most days it's exactly 12 which is what she takes at daycare. I currently nurse 1x overnight 2-4 AM, morning, and bedtime. She eats 2-3 meals of solids a day with some snacks.<br /> Prior to cutting a session I pumped 3x daily and got between 14-18 ounces. How much can you / do you pump at a time or throughout the day? I am not sure if what I'm getting is "normal".
