My milk didn't even come in until day 5 with my first. It took a while to build up... your breasts only produce what your baby eats, supposedly. So at this young age the demand is very little at a time, so the supply will be little. Once he gets older and his tummy can hold more, your supply will (hopefully) increase! At my peak I was pumping 16 oz per session (that's a lot! I don't know how I'll be able to pump enough for his needs when I go back to work with such a piddly output. </p>
