Before we would travel a lot for food -- up to 2 hours away. Now we have an occasional date night but order take out more often. We did an informal double budget to see what we needed to put aside for an emergency fund (obviously eating out isn't on there, but we wanted to see what we were spending as a household right now) and DH says he probably spends about $200 on himself and us together.
