So far I've spent about $300 at old navy and $100 at target. And then had to get them coat/snow suits which was $50 for 2 and then we bought them boots which I can't remember the price. I usually like to hit the stores twice a season because they come out with new things half way through it seems like. And eventually I'll need to scope out Christmas outfits. I should add that these clothes should hopefully last fall-spring. Since a lot of the same clothes can be worn from September through May I buy a lot more stuff. Also I think clothes/shoes/coats for cooler months are just pricier than summer clothes and shoes.
