And a black tutu that still gets played with. The only pet of her outfit that were only for Halloween were her $6 tiger tights. I'd rather put a costume together with pieces that can be reused throughout the year even if it means I'm paying a few extra dollars up front. </p> <p>This is when I still have a big say in the costume though.
