Nobody else has ever cut or colored my hair. We've followed her from salon to salon and I've always tipped her pretty generously because she worked on commission and I felt it was the right thing to do. Recently, she opened her own salon and I'm confused. Part of me feels like tipping her isn't necessary any more or at least not as much because she sets her own prices and basically just builds a tip into the price. (Unless the person was knowingly being rude, ignoring needs, etc).
