I definitely spend more on people who are friends, and I don't think that's improper! I've purchased $25 gifts before, and $150 gifts before. And well over $100 for a close friend. I know all of the moms but I'm only close with 1-2. How much would you spend on shower gifts? Is it improper to spend more on the friends I'm closer to, and less on the friends I don't know as well? Does it make any difference if this is a shower for their second baby?
