<description>&#60;p&#62;I've been a runner for years and am slowly getting back into it after having LO. Juggling it with nursing has been tricky but I have been doing 30mins at least 3 times a week + weights at the gym 1-2.&#60;br /&#62;
Before LO I ran 6 days a week, usually ~ 1 hour a day, did marathons. sigh.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I really love the gym and working out, but in Albania the gyms are men only. So I haven't been to a gym in quite awhile. I think when we finally settle down to a more permanent posting, we'll do a home gym.&#60;br /&#62;
Right now the most exercise I get is going up and down the six  flights of stairs to our apartment - we don't have an elevator.

<description>&#60;p&#62;4-5 days a week. I have to switch up my routines often or I get bored. At the moment it's 1 or 2 spin classes a week and a few circuit training workouts. Other things I do to mix it up: a lot of Jillian Michael's DVDs, lifting heavy, hot yoga and I run outdoors in the summer (that's been replaced by spinning at the moment).

<description>&#60;p&#62;I used to do Pilates with a trainer 3x/week. Sadly there is no time or budget for that anymore. I hate cardio and only like it if it's involved in a game like squash or sometimes swimming. It's sad, but I can't motivate myself to work out. I was only successful when I had a trainer, which I know is essentially a paid babysitter to make you work out!

&#60;p&#62;A couple of months ago I signed up for a membership at a hot yoga studio and I LOVE it. Ideally I'd be there every single day, but its more like 2-3x a week (or 1x a week lately due to how busy the holidays were).

<description>&#60;p&#62;oh, y'all are all so good. I worked out consistently like 5 years ago?    thank god for good genes thus far.  I've always walked the dog regularly, though, &#38;amp; have been trying to do that more.  after baby is born, though, I've got to get back into a more active lifestyle.  even if it's not &#34;working out&#34; per say, I want our kids to be raised with the mentality that being active is something that you just do &#38;amp; I can't promote that if I don't do it myself.

But then I broke my foot in 2008 while walking down the street (probably had a stress fracture before) and was paranoid about breaking it again so I cut back on running.  After my miscarriage last year, I cut down on exercise and haven't gone to the gym in months.  I really need to get back at it now that I'm pregnant again!

Plus its been really cold here lately (highs in the 40s...I'm used to the warm weather here in NC). I go to the gym and usually do the elliptical, treadmill, and either abs or light arm weights.
