Although in the beginning I'd change them even if they weren't full, after taking a shower. After a few boxes worth, I caught on and only changed them after I actually leaked. When he started sleeping thru the night, I'd leak through two pads on each side, my bra, nightshirt, and onto the sheets. Lots of laundry.</p> <p>This time around I did leak a bit before mastitis, but now after I almost never leak.
