Do you want a blogger or Wordpress site. I own a web design company and we charge a minimum of $1800 for any project. We're mid to high end though and we're a whole team of designers and developers working together. We don't usually even take on small projects like this anyway.</p> <p>I recommend that you find a freelancer. Make sure you find someone who is a designer, but also at least a front end developer. You need someone who can design something pretty, but that can also actually implement their design and make it in to a functional, usable blog. I'd guess that $500 would be reasonable for that amount of work. A price any lower than that and I would be concerned with the quality you are going to get.</p> <p>Another good option (which I think I am leaning towards for you) would be to use a WordPress template that you customise yourself slightly.
