Good luck!!!!!!

I recently had two miscarriages - one the line was pretty dark off the bat and the other was light and didn't get darker.....so very different tests but same result. With my pregnancies that worked out one started off light at 12dpo and the other dark pretty early. It's a crapshoot.

@Zbug: WOohoo!! I don't think it matters.. you can implant anywhere from like 6dpo to 11dpo, so the darkness of the line can very depending on how pregnant you are, which varies every time. With my first two pregnancies, I had a full positive at 9dpo, and still a super faint positive at 13dpo this time around. It's still early! Hang in there!

I think lightness/darkness only matters for tests taken over time with the same type. How light or dark on any one day doesn't mean anything.

Was it a curved handled FRER? I keep hearing how much lighter those are.

Lines can vary from batch to batch, so darkness isn't necessarily a good indicator of "how pregnant" you are. Good luck! Hope this one is sticky!! :goodluck:

A line is a line (as hard as it can be to believe); I've had 4 pregnancies and 2 turned into miscarriages, and I got light lines progressing to dark lines with all 4.

A line is a line. Even if you know DPO, you don't know implantation date. So it could have been really a day or two behind.

They say is doesn't matter.
FWIW I tested on a dollar store test with my third and had a fairly light line.... went in for a dating scan and was ten weeks. I'm 35 weeks now with a healthy baby.

Fingers crossed that this is a sticky one for you. :goodluck:

I just got a super light bfp with a frer at 13dpo. The problem is that I'm pretty sure its lighter than my bfp at 10dpo (mmc at 9.5 weeks) and at 12dpo last mo (chemical pregnancy). I feel like it's not a good sign. I know every pregnancy is different and I just need to wait and see, but I would love to indulge my craziness if anyone has any insight to share. Thanks!
