I usually pump between 2-5 ounces at a time and I'm wondering how much she generally gets straight from the boob. I know that isn't helpful for the waste factor. Just turns out that way cuz that's how much I usually get from pumping. She doesn't always finish, but last night she was still hungry after at 3 oz. bottle. So i put her back on the boob. It's all breast milk though, if that makes a difference. Your LO may not be hungry. The reflex is to suck/eat, so when they are gven a bottle, it seems like they are gulping it down out of hunger versus because of a reflex.
