It only took us three cycles, but I was a nervous wreck about everything because I'd miscarried years before. He recalls a lot of vitamins and me entering information in my phone immediately after BD. This time around, he called me out on it as soon as i picked up my phone. "Oh I see what this was REALLY about!" He knew with DD I had been using a fertility monitor. I got pregnant the 2nd cycle. I didn't know much to begin either, but after 3 months of NTNP, I got impatient, researched everything, and we began trying in earnest (well, I did). We used OPKs and he caught on pretty quickly to the timing in my cycles and when we should BD. I don't think he really knew the actual odds of getting pregnant, that there was a certain window of time, etc. Heck, I learned a lot myself. Mine has major baby fever and unfortunately knows my cycle well enough to know when AF is due....hence the daily questions if it has arrived yet!</p> <p>As to knowing how conception works and the TWW, the first day after we BD without a goalie we were in a restaurant and he lowered his voice and asked if I had taken a pregnancy test yet.
