I've tried as early as 6:30 and as late as 9:30 and it makes no difference. My DD is 6 months and sleeps 11 hours at night (off and one) and takes two 1-hour naps. Except lately she's been waking up every 2-3 hours so I don't even know how to calculate her night time hours.
