Right around her 1st birthday she was like a garbage disposal, she would eat a TON of food like a whole banana and 2 handfuls of cheerios for breakfast, half a can if veggies for lunch and the other half for dinner with a whole chicken breast, fruit, cereal & puree lol she would finish kids meals at restaurants (grilled chicken or fish, veggies, fruit and a roll)! But soon after she turned 1,her appetite allowed down and she doesn't eat nearly that much anymore (she's 13.5 months)

My daughter is almost one (one week from today!). Sometimes I feel like she eats so much. Breakfast is usually at least fruit and yogurt, she gets 2 snacks and lunch at daycare which are pretty well balances and then dinner at home. Tonight for dinner she had blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, green beans, chicken and mashed potatoes. She seems hungry so I keep letting her eat! What does your LO eat?
