I went to bed earlier Pre-kids because I was working! I probably was in bed by 10.

Now I don't go to bed until midnight.

I regularly stay up until midnight now, which is the same or a little later than pre-kids. I would love to go to bed earlier, but it's just not going to happen right now, given my very busy job.

I actually stay up later! I used to go to bed at 9 pre-pregnancy, but now I stay awake to do the dream feed at 10:15.
Oh, and I wake up earlier to help DH with the first morning feed at 5:30am.
I think I've finally gotten to the "acceptance" phase of my sleep deprivation grieving process.

I go to bed between 9 and 10 if I'm healthy. I used to go to bed between 10 and 11 so, not much earlier!

We're still working on baby sleep aka sleep training aka CIO. When I first went back to work, I would go to sleep around the same time as the baby in preparation for the night wakeups. DH would do the early night shift, so 8-9pm. With sleep training right now, I'm going to bed at 9pm., wakeup at 11:30pm for dream feed. Pre-baby, I usually went to bed around 11:30pm-12am.

We usually go to sleep around 9 and I fall asleep around 9:30. I get up at 5:30 to exercise and have breakfast/relax before LO wakes up around 8.

My schedule hasn't changed. I still go to bed at around 11p. Sometimes 11:30-11:45 if I'm catching up on some good TV (like the Bachelor last night).

I've always been an early-to-bed person because I have to wake up so early to go to work. It hasn't changed since having LO.

Probably about the same time. We go to bed around 2 and are asleep around 2:30. But it works with DH's work schedule...the earliest he ever has to go in is 12. I'm sure as E gets older and we have school to consider I'll probably move it up earlier.

We're pretty exhausted by 8pm, we're usually in bed before 9pm. We're such party animals. Lol.

Pre-kids I went to bed at 3-4am. I loved it! I'm a total night owl.

Post kids I try to start the bedtime process by midnight and be asleep before 1. Olive is a late riser, so even if I'm asleep by 1 I can still get 6 1/2 - 7 hours of sleep.
