They spend a lot of time outside at school and I feel like when you are outside, you get more exercise than when you are stuck inside. More room to run. On weekends we make sure to get out and play something active or just go for a walk. Once a week or so we spend the morning at the zoo walking for a couple hours. Olive had a lot of outdoor time in her preschool, and Charlie walked to school, his after school, and back home every day in addition to his recess/lunch. We walked a ton on weekends.</p> <p>Here in El Nido they don't get much exercise because it is so hot during the day (I don't even want to move!). We try to run around at 5pm when it cools down a little bit. But we definitely have to get the kids moving more!</p> <p>How much exercise does your LO get each day? Is it enough? </p>
