For actual food (not milk) she just started eating three times a day. At breakfast either a jar/pouch of purees or part of a banana. At lunch a jar/pouch and some puffs. She has a 6oz bottle of formula when she wakes up at 6:30am.</p> <p>Second breakfast: some type of warm cereal like oatmeal or buckwheat. Sometimes with fruit mixed in.</p> <p>Snack: yogurt and fruit</p> <p>Lunch: Veggie puree</p> <p>Dinner: Some sort of mix of veggies and chicken and sometimes a few pieces of cheese. And either half of some fruit and/or puffs</p> <p>For lunch and dinner she'll eat for the duration that we eat, whatever we're eating. But when we have to pack her lunch for daycare; it's usually cut up cheese, two types of cut up fruits, and she will suck down puree from a pouch b/c she thinks sucking it from the pouch is fun, lol. Two pieces of toast, two eggs, and two strawberries today for breakfast. She has a handful of Cheerios for breakfast or happy baby puffs if I need to get stuff done in the kitchen. And at dinner I offer her some of what we are having (depending) but I'm having trouble making sure she gets a balanced diet. </p> <p>I also worry whether or not she's eating enough which is why I'm curious how much your 9 month olds are eating! </p>
