Lately it's been a long nap in the morning and shorter in the afternoon. I'm so thankful she is sleeping well now! Birth to 5.5 months were brutal! Typically 11 hours over night. Often with a wake up around 5 to nurse. Then two naps a day. Just the last week they have started to be longer than 30 mins. The only reason #2 sleeps more is because of the swing. #1 hated the swing!
