They paid for my health insurance, and reimbursed me a small amount when I took an online college course. They also paid for all my food, and once even paid for my best friend to come out and visit for a week! </p> <p>Sometimes I think the benefits of a job mean that bonuses won't be offered. </p> <p>Neither my husband or I have ever received bonuses in other jobs. But I think it's a very generous proposition that shows you're serious about her!
