Only 10 are short term disability with some pay. The other 12 are mostly unpaid. I was supposed to get 8 weeks of STD at 55% of my pay, but my OB said I was "disabled" bc of high blood pressure for 12 weeks. Then I took 6 weeks of FMLA at 55% of my salary and then I had PTO and sick leave at 100% of my salary.
