I have a low supply too. I pump both sides before I workout in the mornings (because LO is still sleeping when I leave) and I get anywhere from 5-9 oz.. While I'm at work I only pump about 1-3 oz per session (4 sessions per day), so it ends up being 8-10 oz at work.

I get anywhere from 7-9 oz from my two work pumping session then 2 oz in the morning at home. I really should pump once more before bed!

I only pump twice at work (though I should be pumping 3 times) and I'll get anywhere from 4 to 7 oz for the first session and 3 to 5 oz for the second session.

But I pump once in the morning and maybe twice at night (before I go to bed and around 3 a.m.) so I have more than enough for LO.

When I went back to work, I was pumping around 5-6 oz a session. Not very much. =\

Nurse and pump (side not nursed 5 oz) before work at 4:30 am.
Pump at 8 am (1 oz nursed side nursed, 2-3 oz other side)
Nurse at lunch 11 am
Pump at 2 pm (2-3 oz per side)
Nurse at hom 5 pm

So, I would get between 10 and 15 oz a day. It was enough kinda.

It totally depends on how often I am pumping. I usually get between 4-6 ounces depending on how many times I pump per day.

If your supply is low the best thing you can do is increase the number of sessions and by around the 3-4th day you should see an increase.

I just started back to work last week and am really nervous about my supply dropping with pumping. Yesterday i pumped 18 oz, but he takes 15 while I'm gone. I pump three times while I'm at work, every three hours for about 20-25 minutes each session.

Just curious how many oz folks are able to pump while they are at work. Right now, my supply is low and I've averaging 9 oz per work day.
