He goes to the park with daycare for about an hour in the morning. We always go to the park after daycare unless the weather is bad. We'll stay 1-2 hours. She gets 1.5 hrs at daycare, then refuses to go inside for at least an hour after we get home from daycare (even in the rain). Then she plays outside again when DH gets home. It's at least 3 hrs a day right now. </p> <p>During the weekends, she can be out for 4+ hrs. The sun's out past 9pm and it's really messing up her sleep schedule. Tonight she was whining to ride her trike after dinner because it's so bright out. We go out to the backyard in the morning after snack time and before lunch time. Around 10-1030.<br /> In the afternoon we usually take a walk around the neighborhood about 4:00; before I have to start making dinner. </p> <p>Hopefully these times will work well for in the heat of summer to avoid the hottest part of the day as well! </p>
