i think as long as LO's milk intake stays more or less steady, let her eat as much as you feel comfortable with. I've never reached my LO's "enough" point either, but he seems satisfied enough! i just cut him off at a certain point. (usually about 3 oz of food, 4 times a day) hehe. he's a chubby bunny. 9 months.

ETA: at 6 months he drank about 30+oz of formula a day, and now at 9 months he drinks about 23oz of formula a day, but more solids than before. he's also not growing as quickly as before.

depends on the day. Always about 12-16 ounces of milk, 2tbsp baby oatmeal, 1/2 pouch at breakfast, 1/2 jar at lunch. Sometimes more. I always feel like he should have more solids but at 7.5mo he is very opinionated about when he is done!

LO is 7.5 months and she eats 2 oz of solids at lunchtime and sometimes 1 oz solids + 1-2 tbsp cereal at dinnertime. The second meal isn't consistant since she sometimes falls asleep right after daycare and then we dont' have time for food and nursing at night.

I would say as long as she's still drinking the same quantity of milk, to feed her as much as she'd like. I can't believe how much E can pack away sometimes. He eats 4 cubes, 1/2 a yogurt, and scoop or two of applesauce sometimes. He gets bottles of breastmilk during the day, so I know he's still keeping his milk intake steady.

So DD started purees last month and she loves it. She gets really upset when there is no more food. We started to give her two ice cubes of purees.

I think we're giving her way too much solids (3x a day with breastmilk/forumla) but she loves it. Just wondering if I should cut down on the solids.

I was wondering how much puree do you give your LO and how many times a day?
