He's 3.5. This is a problem, because he gets really tired by bedtime, but he does have low sleep needs overall. He was taking daily 1.5-2 hour naps until 3.5. LO (turned 3 in Nobember) has never been a good nighttime sleeper but has mostly maintained a good nap...until just recently where it's all over the place. On a good night/day, he probably gets 12 hours but on a less good one, it's closer to 9-10 which is not enough for him.
