I always offer solids 1-2 hours after nursing though. We just started and have been using those packets. A whole packet is 3.5 oz and we give Lil half of it. She seems like she would eat more if I gave it to her I just don't want to over feed. Loves them, actually. Whereas he has never been a great milk eater (probably due to his dairy intolerance, but still). He would eat a whole jar if I let him!
