My 7 month old nurses or gets a bottle 5-6 times a day and eats probably 4-8 ounces of purees a day. She eats more as the day goes on. Her biggest meal is definitely dinner.

My 7.5 month old still eats 28-30 oz of formula a day. We don't do many purées because he doesn't like them, but I attempt to feed him solid real food 3 times a day. At breakfast he eats a whole egg yolk and a few chunks of fruit. At lunch he'll take a couple bites of meat and a couple bites of veggies. And at dinner he'll eat a little more than at lunch. I guess if you ground up what he ate, it would be maybe 1-3 tbs a meal?

My LO is 9 months old, he still gets 40 ounces of formula a day (5 eight ounce bottles) and gets two meals a day. I don't know how much is at each meal, but I'm trying to remember to give him breakfast too. He also gets finger food besides the pureed stuff. I feel like he eats a LOT!

LO just turned 8 months and she nurses just as often as she did before starting solids. She has about 3.5 oz solids for breakfast, 3.5 for lunch, and around 4-4.5 for lunch. I sometimes give her a few of the puffs to play with after breakfast and dinner, but most of them end up on the floor and in the dogs tummy :)

My LO still has the same amount of breastmilk as before starting solids. She has about 4oz of solids in the morning and then 4 oz at night. she is just over 7 months old. I think you should maintain the same amount of bottles as before since "food under 1 is just for fun" so the solids shouldnt be replacing the bottles just yet

So, my LO drinks about 5 bottles a day (5 oz each, sometimes a little more sometimes a little less). He has 3 solid meals - oatmeal/cereal (one serving) in the morning, 2 oz of baby food around lunch and 1-2 oz of baby food at dinner (by then, he's OVER everything and sometimes doesn't eat as much). He sometimes seems like he'd eat more food but I feel like he has enough for now. He's 6.5 months.

LO started solids around the 5 month mark and she is now a little over 7 months old. I have no idea if she's eating enough!

Yesterday, she had 40mL of pureed golden beets and 60mL of chicken/kale porridge for dinner. This morning she had a tbsp of greek yogurt, some ground flax seed and 1 grated d'anjou pear. Lunch is hit and miss. I'll usually give her some finger foods, most of which ends up in her chair or floor.

How much did your LO eat around this time? How many nursing/bottle sessions does he/she get on top of that in a 24 hour period?
