No, he could NOT do that. He'd get fired for sure. It is kind of a within reason type thing, but there are no official limits, and no one tracks it. If you get your stuff done, and have enough charge hours, you're good (at management or ownership level). Most people take between 3-6 weeks per year, but if there is a year where you want to go on a special vacation or have a baby (male or female) nobody is going to complain if you take 8-16 paid and work from home, as long as you are communicating with others and get your work done. Cared for the twins. With my daughter he took one week went back for a week while my mom took a week off then took the following week off. He plans on taking three weeks off. </p>
