Breakfast is usually oatmeal, fruit, breakfast sandwich. (So not really cooking)

Lunch is usually leftovers from dinner

Dinner- I cook about 3-4 times a week, big portions for just us 2 since DD is eating purées now, so there are plenty for lunch the next day or leftovers. We eat dinner out every Fri & Sat, sometimes Sunday nights too. I look forward to the weekends so much! TGIF!!! Hallelujah.

Breakfast- usually something super quick I can get together in five mins or less (greek yogurt + flaxseed, toast + berries, cereal).

Lunch - i typically eat leftovers so it only takes 5-10 mins to hear it up. Depending on what is, I'll share w/ LO or spend 20-30 mins fixing her pasta, rice, soup, etc

Dinner - usually around 1.5 hours

I try to cook several big meals a few times a week to cut back on cooking time.

1-2 hours. Dinner always takes at least close to an hour, breakfast is usually 15-20 minutes. Lunch is usually fast... Like 5-10!

Dinner always seems to take awhile. I am much faster at cooking than DH, but DH cooks most of the time while I'm in school. He can easily spend up to or even over 2 hours cooking, whereas I can make many meals in 30 minutes, but usually up to an hour.

I pre pack my work lunches before bed, and that takes maybe 10 minutes. DH packs J's lunches in the morning since he leaves later than I do.

Breakfasts usually take about 20 minutes depending on what's being made. Some mornings are just a banana and english muffin day.

Way too much! I think around 15-20 minutes in the morning for breakfast/preschool lunch, then 15-20 minutes for lunch for baby and me/snack for preschooler, and at least an hour for dinner. Even when the actual meal is quick I spend a ton of time making random things from scratch because we can't get them here.

I adore cooking and spend time on it when I can. I usually spend 1-1.5 hours making dinner. My husband is on breakfast duty and usually spend 10-20 minutes. We both pack our own lunches or go out to eat.

On the weekends I occasionally make food ahead for lunches like chicken salad or soup. I like to cook big dinners on Saturday or Sunday and spend 2-3 hours cooking.

I imagine this will all change when a baby is thrown into the mix. My mother-in-law still rolls her eyes at me when I say I love cooking!

10 min for breakfast, and 20-30 min for dinner... so a total of 30-40 min a day! On my wfh days, I'll sometimes cook too but usually we just reheat leftovers or scrounge.

We don't pack lunch for N anymore because her new preschool provides it. It's sooo nice to have even those measly 10-15 min back!

I'm pretty lazy when it comes to cooking. I don't cook breakfast unless you count popping waffles in the toaster or microwaving oatmeal. DS won't touch eggs otherwise I would cook eggs. so like 5 min for breakfast.

Lunch is leftovers or if I do make something it's quick and easy so 15 min.

If I actually cook dinner usually takes an hour. We make enough to do leftovers on some nights and DH will cook dinner some nights too.

We don't really "make" anything for breakfast. We eat yogurt, cereal, oatmeal (prepared the night before), toast, hard boiled eggs. Easy and quick.

15-30 for lunch

30-45 mins dinner

5 minutes packing leftovers or making lunch for the kids.

Mr. Bee makes breakfast which usually takes about 15 minutes.

I pack the kids' lunches which takes 15-20 min.

Then dinner takes an hour because I usually make different things for Mr. Bee and the kids.

I just can't get it together enough to not cook every day, prepare ahead of time, eat leftovers, etc. The kids tend to eat better when food is freshly made too. I wish I could cook less!
