I think they do two 30 minute outside times at daycare. At night we usually go for a walk to get the mail - we live in a town home complex that has some ponds and walkways, so it can take a good 20-30 min to get the mail. I either wear her, or walk her in the stroller. Not today, because she's sick, and it's hard when it's raining or really cold, but it helps her sleep better, I think. Before she could walk, I would just put her in the carrier and carry her outside a lot and in the summer let her crawl in the park. On the weekend we're outside practically all day. But during the week and in the winter, it probably just adds up to an hour. During the summer it's more because its light out longer and we can play after dinner. I wish we could both be outside all day every day. During the spring, summer and fall, usually a few hours a day.
