I really appreciate it. </p> <p>@Anagram: We didn't have a nanny when we went through the transition from 1-2, so I don't have a reference there. My oldest will be in preschool 3 days a week (9a-1p), but she has that same scenario right now so the only real variable is the baby. Like if you are already over-paying her for your area, I'd assume lower in that range.
