It was on the recommendation of my friend, a nanny. She said to do it in 15 minute increments. Now at almost 6 months, he rolls onto his tummy and loves it. That's pretty much it. Everyone remarks at how strong he is. And when L was just 2 weeks old, his ped said i should be doing it with him 10-15 times per day! In reality I only get up to the hour per day on days when we don't go out, so it's not very often. Sometimes i only do it once or twice a day with him for 10 minutes each time. </p> <p>Just wondering what most other people did and did you find it affected his milestones? </p>
