I'd say I probably average 5-6 glasses a day. For some reason I find it really hard to drink the recommended 8 glasses. And I cannot imagine using the bathroom more often then I already do. The standard 8 glasses advice amounts to about two litres or 8-ish pints, so I know I don't drink anywhere near enough, and with two babas dancing on my bladder I can't pee anymore than I already do!
