Of course we are in AZ, so if you don't drink here, you turn to dust ;) At 14 months he drinks probably a little more than that, but he also gets about 6 oz of thawed milk and nurses a few times a day. I just fill a sippy cup with water in the morning and refill if he empties it. We only offer it to her with meals/snacks. </p> <p>Our pediatrician said 6oz per day should be the max at her age (we give her 2oz per meal), but I forgot to ask when this amount can increase.
