He has water in a camelback and he drinks that all day. He has water cups all around the house. He doesn't drink much juice or milk though. Maybe a juice box every other day and probably 5 oz of milk a day. She drinks out of a straw thermos on the go and open or wow cups at home. She'd drink water all day. We actually started her on an open mouth cup when we started solids but then she hit the age where she should be getting drinks on her own but she couldn't because she couldn't control the flow so we bought spout &amp; straw cups. I always have it near her but I don't think she drinks enough, most days. My youngest just started drinking from a straw cup and she will down several ounces in one sitting which seems like a decent amount for an 8 month old. </p> <p>How much water does your LO drink per day? How old are they? Any tricks to get them to drink enough throughout the day? </p>
