But then at 26 weeks I was up 20lbs! My doctor pretty much immediately had me checked for GD because 20lbs in 3 weeks is not normal. </p> <p>Pregnancy #2: I'm 21 weeks and up 20lbs. This time around I had medications which helped with the vomiting but not the nausea. So I've been eating lots of junk to try and help the nausea (cereal, pasta, PB&amp;Js, cheesy bread, etc.).
