I jumped 6 lbs between 16 and 20 week appt which midwife said was baby's growth spurt, but only gained 1 the past five weeks. Not sure what to expect in terms of weekly gain since I seem so sporadic but just trying to eat nutritiously and do prenatal workout at least 3 times a week.
