I wasn't really retaining fluid though. I don't remember weighing myself after my second. But it comes off quickly in the first week or two.</p> <p>For me, after the initial 22ish lbs that came off in the first week, I lost another 10 verrrrry slowly doing nothing but breastfeeding/pumping. I was eating over 3000 calories a day and still lost those 10 lbs in the next 8 months. Unfortunately, then my weight loss stalled and I never lost the last 10 lbs I gained. I would have probably had to work for it at that point, but I didn't. :silly: </p>
