I had a checkup at 2 weeks pp and I was down 30 pounds. The OB was floored . . . she knew I had a ton of fluid, but I don't think they 100% believed me when I told them that I wasn't living at the McD's drive through! :P ETA: *augh* My feet felt like they were going to pop! I think it was around 10ish lbs at 20 weeks. I had wanted to stay under 30 lbs total but it doesn't seem like that will happen... (I was normal weight to start, size 4-6). I'm 18 weeks now and I am up 8lbs from my 12 week visit. I'm trying not to freak out and keep in mind that I was at my skinny weight when I got pregnant this time around, and also lost weight during the 1st tri since I felt nauseous for much of it. It's definitely going to my boobs this time. But I think that's about what I had gained last pregnancy at 20 weeks and I never went into an overweight BMI even at 40+ weeks pregnant, I gained about 25 lbs overall last time.
