The bathroom is done (previous owners ripped everything out to redo but then moved) but we are going to expand it, so still moving plumbing. We got quotes $30K-$80K. My Uncle is in construction and said ours shouldn't be more then $35K. I think it will be end up being $40K. We already had HVAC installed and paid for that.
