I'd be happy to let them film and air anything if they had just one or two silent, unobtrusive cameras. If there's a lot of lights, camera, action nonsense, no way, not for millions. I watched the U.S one a couple of times and there seemed to be so much drama, millions of family in the delivery room and arguments between said family members and the nurses. Generally people who watch that show watch it because they think births + women's bodies are amazing, so I wouldn't be worried about creeping someone out by the scariness of childbirth... haha.
