I had 2 sets of bloodwork done early on and an early dating ultrasound (due to a prior m/c). </p> <p>My practice does the following (and not sure if it's because it is a blend of midwives/OB):</p> <p>-8 week appt (midwife) with full pelvic exam, history<br /> - 10 week appt (OB) with ultrasound<br /> - thereafter, every 4 weeks with OB or midwife until 3rd trimester<br /> - 12 week NT scan (optional, but we did it)<br /> - 18 week anatomy scan/gender reveal<br /> - I think in the 3rd tri, it's biweekly appointments until the last 4 weeks when it becomes every week</p> <p>I also had another appt early on because of a yeast infection. At what point did you start going more frequently? </p>
