It is stimulating and disruptive to their sleep to change all the time. I wouldn't change every time - around 2-3 weeks my LO was doing a 5-6 hr stretch sometimes. If yours did that, you wouldn't wake to change! So I'd say, maybe every other or every 3rd change if it is just pee! Right around 6 weeks he stopped pooping as frequently and we'd do one motn change during a feeding. At 8 weeks he started pooping only once every few days, so I wouldn't change him at night.
