If I'm not feeling well DH will take LO with him to the store or to get food or something. He might take off to the driving range for an hour or so, and I might run an errand or two without LO. He's golfed this weekend and last weekend and I'm waiting for a good beach day and I'll leave him with LO. We both think that some "alone" time is good and he feels I deserve it as much as he does, and of course I do. That being said, we both opted to stay in last night when we could have gotten a babysitter and gone to dinner with some friends. I could have gone on my own, but I missed DH. Even though we see each other during the week, it's not quality time and we needed some "us" time. My husband just got a job in Connecticut and so it makes a lot of sense for us to move there and avoid having him do a horrific commute, but even so, as much as I love the city one of my top things in my list of "pros" for a move is the potential to not have to deal with roaches anymore.
