Wiped her down with a wash cloth though most days. After a couple months we gave her a full bath maybe 2x a week and other wise just cleaned up with a awash cloth. The nurses at the hospital told us babies sweat a lot do it's ok to bathe them everyday. At 3.5 months, we sleep-trained LO and a bath is a part of her bedtime routine so she has one every night. My mom was helping out the first 2 weeks of LO's life so mom gave her the baths. I wanted to give LO baths every other day or just once a week but my mom insisted we bathe her daily. I think we've gone as long as 10 days. She doesn't really get dirty yet, just drool-y and the occasional spit up. Maybe when she's closer to 1 years old, we'll start bathing her more often.
