We started that when he was little over 4 months. Before that it was... twice a week? New babies just don't get very dirty (and with really new babies, it's hard to have any kind of real routine!). It was just miserable for all of us. I would love to do a bath every night before bedtime, but I have no idea how to find the time. DH gets home at 7:30 PM. By the time we have dinner, pick up around the house, and do a bedtime feeding for our LO, there usually is no time for a bath. So I have to squeeze in her bath before DH gets home, which only works if we already have something in the fridge for dinner. I clearly need to figure out a better routine... I just love the way she smells after tubby time....... I do it every day. Somedays I feel lazy and feel like skipping it but she looks and smells so much better if I do. By day #3 DD smells kind of gross. (She seems to accumulate spit up in the folds of her neck. Yuck!) I love my clean baby, so I think I need to start prioritizing baths every 1-2 days. How often do the rest of you give your babies a bath?
