I weigh myself pretty often and the weight never changes.... so I don't believe them. But we just took a family picture the other day and now that I see myself for myself, I do feel like I might have lost a little weight! My scale is from college, so it's about 10 years old already. (Holy moly I'm old!) I don't know the life span of scales. How often do you replace yours?
