Between her afternoon nap and her bath/bedtime routine is more like 3-4 hours, and I change her if I notice she's wet. I can never tell if I'm doing it too often, not often enough, wondering what's normal? First sign of a wet line on the diaper? Only before or after naps? When it feels wet?
